At Elevation Therapy, we provide comprehensive evaluations and individualized treatment plans to all ages.
From pediatrics to adults, we believe therapy is most successful with active participation from families. We provide training to families and caregivers on ways to incorporate therapeutic activities into daily routines. We want you to be an integral and active participant in your loved one's therapy and learn how to provide an environment that will support their development. We collaborate with your loved one's entire team, including primary care physician, dentist, teacher, etc. We are excited to serve our families in Pineville, Alexandria, Grant, and surrounding areas!​

within a seven-mile radius of Elevation Therapy.

Step One
Fill out our online contact form or give us a call at 318-449-0451 to discuss your concerns.
We will share about our therapy approach, clinic openings, and intake process to initiate services.
Step Two
We are in-network with multiple insurance companies. If using insurance, we will verify and discuss your benefits along with your financial responsibility before the evaluation is scheduled.
​We also accept private pay clients and will review fees with you before we begin.
Step Three
We will schedule your evaluation and work with you as a family to determine the best treatment goals.
